founded by Mr. SAUD ITANI in 1991 the date from which he
continued
promoting his old company “
METALINE”,
which was established in 1978.
ROCKLAND
is formed of a well-trained team and experienced staff.
Since
its foundation, several
projects have been fully executed and handled to the owners.
Those projects dealt with cooling,
heating and ventilation works, simply known as HVAC. ROCKLAND
became a large company
that successfully built a brilliant image through its
well-trained technicians and experienced
engineers.

MILLER
A/C equipment, agency is for Lebanon and Syria since
1991.
Miller is the fourth largest American manufacturer of air-
conditioning units, where it has a
complete line of various produced equipment whose compressors
are guaranteed for five years
against malfunction. Among those are:

range from 18000 to 240000 BTU/HR
- Mini
split low static pressure units:
capacity
range from 12000 to 60000 BTU/HR
- Decorative
type split units- LCD controls:
Model
of wall, floor, ceiling, cassette and free

FIVE SEASONS electronic air cleaning units:
agency is for Lebanon and
Middle east. The
filters are of Canadian origin.
Five Seasons is distributed worldwide due to its efficient
electronic air
cleaners, which is the most effective solution for a cleaner and
healthier environment. They are registered as medical devices.
The
filters of the Five Seasons Units are able to remove up to 95.5%
of tobacco, smoke, cooking smoke and grease, dust, mold,
bacteria, viruses and more.
Among
them are also HEPA filters which are of 99.9% efficiency as
requested by high standard-
specifications.
Due
to its efficiency these filters are used in hospitals and
operating rooms, the sensitivity is up to 0.3 microns. 
DOMAIN OF EXPERIENCE AND WORK:
